ARCHITECTURE
Complete and thorough project design services are our passion. The process starts with a
review of the priorities and dreams of the Client, and it doesn’t end until every aspect of the
project is complete. The best projects are a result of a combination of trust, creativity,
knowledge and collaboration. Each member of the Design Team, including the Client, is a key
member of the collaborative effort. This collaborative effort is the key to a creating a completed
design, and ultimately a built project, that the Client will use and enjoy for many years.

CONSTRUCTION
Through our partners and our team approach, our integrated process leads the client and the
project from the design phase through occupancy. The Construction Team is involved very early
in the project. We can work with a Construction team that is brought in by the Client, or we can
assemble a team that will be the ideal fit for the priorities and the scope of the project. Our
team is capable and committed to many types of projects. Our specialties are:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We can represent our Clients in collaboration with a Design Team and Construction Team
provided by the Client. We can also assemble and coordinate those teams for the client.

our Clients towards maximizing the opportunities of their sites and buildings. This involves
